The Shanghai Universities Technology Transfer (Changzhou) Center, a collaborative initiative aimed at fostering innovation and technological advancement, has been officially inaugurated.
On March 28, a consortium comprising The Center of Science and Technology Development for Shanghai Universities, Wujin District Science and Technology Bureau, Wujin Green Building Industry Agglomeration Demonstration Zone, and Changzhou Lizhong Human Resources Service Co., Ltd., came together to launch this transformative project.
Harnessing Shanghai's unparalleled resources in innovation and deep-rooted expertise in basic research, the center aims to synergize with Wujin's industrial strengths and propel forward its ambitions for industrial modernization. Through fostering collaboration between enterprises and universities, facilitating the rapid conversion of scientific breakthroughs into tangible products, and nurturing a cadre of skilled professionals, the center endeavors to usher in a new era of technological innovation.
During the launch event, attention was drawn to the unveiling of 28 enterprise technology demands, with the highest bid amounting to 8 million yuan. The most demanded technologies are in sectors such as high-end equipment, new energy vehicles, and advanced materials. Furthermore, consultancy appointments were conferred upon experts from prestigious institutions like Fudan University, Tongji University, and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, underscoring the collaborative spirit and academic rigor underpinning this groundbreaking endeavor.
