In a bid to further establish Changzhou as a youth-friendly city and enhance the services of talent apartments, the 2024 Changzhou Youth Talent Apartment "Ignite Youth" Sports Carnival was launched on the evening of July 18. This initiative aims to harness youthful energy and support young professionals.
Jointly organized by the CPC Changzhou Municipal Committee’s Talent Office and Social Work Department, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, the Communist Youth League, and the Women's Federation, the carnival will run until the end of August. The event will feature a variety of activities designed to promote Changzhou's talent policies, create a vibrant cultural identity for the city's youth, enhance cultural soft power, and foster exchanges and cooperation among young talents. Additionally, it aims to elevate the reputation and standards of talent apartment services, helping to establish Changzhou as a city that attracts and retains talent.
Over the past three years, Changzhou has transformed talent apartments from mere temporary accommodations into foundational steps for young professionals looking to establish their lives in the city. A total of 117,800 talent apartments have been constructed, providing housing for up to 350,000 individuals and fostering mutual growth between the city and its residents.
