Hualida Group set up a factory in Vietnam last February, which became fully operational in just two months. And the factory’s production capacity this year has been fully booked by orders.
Hualida’s phase-one factory in Vietnam has five workshops and covers an area of 100 mu with a total investment of 55 million RMB and a total workforce of 2,000 employees. It is equipped with advanced manufacturing facilities.
Since its operation last February, Hualida’s Vietnam factory has shipped 100,000 clothing pieces. Meanwhile, the group has also taken targeted measures to combat the humidity in Vietnam and therefore guarantee product quality.
Hualida’s Vietnam factory is expected to eventually have a total investment of 500 million RMB and a workforce of 8,000 employees. It is also expected to be completed in 3 years and become a very competitive garment factory in Vietnam.
