The Spain Investment Promotion Center was officially inaugurated at the China-EU (Changzhou) Green Innovation Park in the Wujin Green Building Zone, marking a new chapter in green industry collaboration between Changzhou and Spain.
As a major EU member, Spain excels in green building, smart manufacturing, new energy, automotive, biomedicine, and aerospace. The China-EU (Changzhou) Green Innovation Park focuses on resource recycling, zero-carbon emission, clean energy, smart cities, and sustainable building technologies, aligning closely with Spain's key industries.
The new center will enhance cooperation in projects and talent between China and EU, integrating top projects and professionals from Spain and the Mediterranean region into Wujin district. This initiative aims to drive local industry growth through green innovation and develop an internationally competitive supply chain, fostering mutual prosperity in green industries.
Since its inception in October 2020, the China-EU (Changzhou) Green Innovation Park has led high-profile projects such as the China-EU HVAC Talent Innovation Port, the International Zero-Carbon Building Joint R&D Center, and the China-EU Low-Carbon School. This year, it was officially recognized as a Jiangsu provincial park for international cooperation.
