On the afternoon of October 11, a virtual signing ceremony was held between Changzhou and DNE Group on the firm’s new energy vehicle (NEV) parts project in Zhonglou High-Tech Industrial Park.
DNE Group, headquartered in Shanghai, is a leading new economy infrastructure developer and operator in China. It provides a full range of integrated infrastructure solutions to new economy clients, meeting their needs in R&D, manufacturing, warehousing and corporate headquarters, and promoting China’s industrial transformation and technological innovation.
DNE’s new project in Zhonglou district, with a total investment of US$500 million, will become an integrated facility specializing in the manufacturing, distribution, and trade of NEV parts. Its estimated sales revenue is over RMB¥5 billion after reaching the designed capacity.
Huan Heng, deputy mayor of Changzhou, met with the representatives of DNE and CBRE China at the virtual meeting and witnessed the signing ceremony.
