Qinghai delegation explores Changzhou's cultural heritage and promotes exchanges

On May 22 and 23, Wang Liming, secretary of the Party Leadership Group and deputy director of the Standing Committee of Qinghai Provincial People's Congress, led a delegation to Changzhou, where they were warmly received by Bai Yunping, director of the Standing Committee of Changzhou Municipal People's Congress.

The purpose of the visit was to gain a deeper understanding of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. As part of their itinerary, the Qinghai delegation paid a visit to the Memorial Hall of Qu Qiubai, an esteemed early leader of the Communist Party of China. During their visit, they had the opportunity to learn more about Qu's life and significant achievements, which served as a source of inspiration, reflecting his unwavering spirit of progress.

During their stay in Changzhou, the delegation also explored various locations that showcased the city's commitment to the integration of culture, business, and tourism, as well as the preservation of its cultural heritage. These included the Laoxizhuang Flower Themed Village, a remarkable rural revitalization project, the historic conservation area of Qingguo Lane, and the culturally significant Tianning Temple.

Impressed by Changzhou's dedication to innovation and excellence across all sectors, the Qinghai delegation expressed their appreciation. They eagerly anticipated the opportunity to share Changzhou's successful practices and experiences in Qinghai, with the aim of fostering enhanced exchanges and collaboration between the two regions in the future.
