Changzhou unveiled its “Women's Talent Apartment Map” at the Women and Children's Activity Center on November 3, showcasing 22 specialized residences designed to support and empower female professionals in the city.
At the same event, a new feature on the “My Changzhou” app called "Yu Ai in Changzhou" went live. This section of the app, developed by the Changzhou Women's Federation in collaboration with the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, plays on the meanings of “Love in Changzhou” and “Apartments in Changzhou.” It serves as a one-stop hub for women’s talent apartments, providing tailored resources and services to help female professionals build lasting ties to Changzhou, in line with the city's mission to attract and retain top talent.
The event also saw the launch of the “Youth Flourish in Changzhou” federation, dedicated to supporting young talent within the city's apartment network. Another highlight was the “Shuang Lan” partnership between Lanling Sub-district and the Women and Children's Activity Center. As part of this collaboration, representatives signed a cooperative agreement to enhance support for women's professional growth.
Attendees were also introduced to Changzhou's “Wisdom Chain: Her Innovation” program—a specialized class series focused on fostering women's entrepreneurship and innovation skills. The event concluded with a tour of Lanling Cui, Changzhou's first women-only talent apartment, exemplifying the city's commitment to creating a vibrant, supportive community for female professionals.
