On the afternoon of October 21, the Changzhou, China - Veracruz, Mexico Enterprise Matchmaking Seminar was held by the Changzhou Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, the Municipal Bureau of Commerce and the University of Veracruz. Tonatiuh Garcia Jimenez, representative of the governor of Veracruz, Mexico, Maria Esther Lopez Callejas, deputy speaker of the State Assembly and chairwoman of the State Tourism Commission, and seven entrepreneur representatives attended the seminar and had exchanges with the representatives of 20 related companies in Changzhou.
Shen Lian, deputy director of the Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, attended the event and delivered a speech. He pointed out that the matchmaking seminar will establish a platform for exchanges and cooperation between entrepreneurs in Changzhou and Veracruz. It is hoped that the two sides will further deepen economic and trade cooperation and realize win-win cooperation between enterprises and universities.
Through on-site matchmaking, members of the Veracruz delegation and the representatives of Changzhou's enterprises in the fields of medical equipment, artificial intelligence, building materials and textile supplies carried out discussions and reached preliminary cooperation intentions. The Municipal Foreign Affairs Office will continue to follow up the cooperation needs and intentions of the two sides to build a bridge of communication for the successful cooperation.
